Local Pickup & Delivery

  1. Local Pickup is a free option for local customers and businesses. This option may not always be available. A notification will be sent when an order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive before this notification.

  2. Delivery may be an option for custom projects, large orders, or vehicles. Please inquire HERE with any questions.

Shipping - Domestic

  2. Processing Time:

    Orders are processed as they are received. Orders of in stock items may take up to 7 days to process, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders of in custom made items may take up to 21 days to process, excluding weekends and public holidays. A tracking number will be sent once the order is processed. A tracking number does not indicate an item has shipped. Please follow tracking information for shipping updates. Pre-sale items may receive a tracking number immediately. This does not indicate processing and shipping. These types of orders will ship upon the stated product delivery date.

  3. Cancellations:

    After the order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are any questions on cancelling an order, please click HERE.

  4. Delayed Orders:

    In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option for a partial refund, or complete refund. Please contact the shipping provider prior to contacting RattyFab LLC. If the item has not shipped, please contact us. Item’s that have stated delays, or lead times will not be considered.

  5. Damaged Orders:

    RattyFab LLC is not liable for damaged or lost products after the item has been handed to the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. We will do our best to aid in this process and get the issue resolved.

  6. Restrictions

    Some items may not be able to be shipped via AIR due to TSA regulations. We will do our best to notify you of any such restrictions.

    International orders may be stopped by customs OR your local carrier. Please check with your local customs office AND carrier prior to reaching out to RattyFab LLC. We do not have control of the package once it leaves the USA.

Returns

  1. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused in an unopened box. Some items, like items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. Returns may be subject to restocking fees of 25%. Returns will NOT be allowed on custom made parts.

  2. Exchanges are not permitted. Please contact us in the event of a desired exchange.

Deposits

  1. 50% deposits are required on all custom projects. This includes but is not limited to roll cages, custom fabrication work, vehicle build projects, and other scheduled work. These deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  2. Materials deposits may be required for projects including but not limited to intercooler pipe fabrication, exhaust fabrication, and performance parts installs. Any materials deposits on projects with raw materials (EX: raw aluminum or stainless tubing) are NON REFUNDABLE. These materials can NOT be returned. Materials deposits on projects with purchased parts (EX: supercharger kit or clutch kits) will be returned with a 25% restocking & return fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  3. Deposits on services may be refunded. A full refund will be issued if no service has been performed and no raw materials have been purchased. A partial refund may be issued in the event of raw materials purchases or services performed.
